1. Please make sure the charging case is charged
The indicator light outside the charging case shows the battery of the charging case. Please charge the case when the light flashes orange. If the light still does not light up after charging for 5 minutes, please contact us.
2. Upgrade the firmware
If you haven't updated to the latest version of firmware, please try to update the firmware for the charging case via Orka health app>Menu>My Account>Firmware update.
