Make sure your hearing aids are charged. You can find the remaining battery displayed on the app homepage.
3. The hearing aids are connected with other devices
Please make sure your hearing aids are not connected with other devices. To stream via another device, please first stop streaming on the current device.
4. Too much Bluetooth signal in the environment
Please try again in an environment with less Bluetooth signal (e.g. home).
