Program button does not work for program changing


1. Upgrade the firmware
Please make sure your charging case's firmware is up to date. You can upgrade the firmware in Orka health app>menu>my account>firmware update.

2. Please make sure the hearing aids are connected with the charging case

If your charging case's firmware was updated before, please make sure you have bonded the hearing aids with the charging case after charging case updates:

a. Place your hearing aids inside the charging case and close the lid;

b. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for about 4 seconds until the front light begins to flash white;

c. The binding is successful when the white light stops flashing and becomes a solid white light;

d. Please wait for the white light to stop flashing before opening the lid.

e. *If the charging case' front light does not flash white or does not become a solid white light after flashing, please repeat the steps below. And please let us know if the updates fail more than 3 times.
