1. Upgrade the firmware
Please make sure your charging case's firmware is up to date. You can upgrade the firmware in Orka health app>menu>my account>firmware update.
2. Please make sure the hearing aids are connected to the charging case
If you replaced your charging case, please make sure you have bonded the hearing aids with the charging case:
a. Place your hearing aids inside the charging case and close the lid;
b. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case. Give it a solid 4-second press until the front light begins to blink white;
c. The bonding is successful when the white light chills out and stays white;
d. Please wait for the white light to stop flashing before opening the lid.
e. If the charging case's front light does not flash white or does not become a solid white light after flashing, please repeat the steps below. Please let us know if the updates fail more than 3 times.
