1. Please make sure the charging wire is inserted correctly and working properly
Please follow the how-to video above to charge the charging case and contact us if the charging wire does not work properly.
2. Upgrade the firmware
If you haven't updated to the latest version of firmware, please try to update the firmware for the hearing aids and the charging case via Orka health app>Menu>My Account>Firmware update.
