Low volume for phone calls on the Orka hearing aids

1. Some smartphones may answer incoming calls through the phone instead of hearing aids. Please follow the instructions below to pick up phone calls via Orka Two.

Choose Orka Two via Audio in the phone call interface when there is an incoming call after you connect Orka hearing aids with your phone.

2. Please turn up your phone call volume

You can turn up the volume for phone calls on your phone>volume adjustment.
